Mental & Emotional Well-being Programme
The aim is to enable/empower people with experience of mental health difficulty to recover through an individualised, holistic approach to their emotional health/ well being. Early intervention is key to improving emotional well-being of vulnerable individuals; this programme aims to prevent self harm/suicide by aiding early intervention of mental distress by providing access to various services that promote emotional well being.
Helping you cope
The programme supports and encourages the development of community based suicide prevention initiatives and support mechanisms. It will build life skills by giving individuals the coping tools to improve emotional resilience and enhance mental health.
